Our Services

DS&S offers its clients strategy and solutions.

Strategy

DS&S was established to offer high quality, impartial and independent strategic advice to clients in the public and private sectors.
We typically address the major strategic challenges facing corporate boards including: group, company and business unit strategy, market analysis and market entry/growth strategies, merger & acquisition support, technology and innovation strategy, organisational development, customer engagement and partnering/supply strategy. We also provide support to major business-winning and bid activities.

Our clients include the Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office, Government Intelligence Community and major USA and European defence industrial and commercial companies.

We engage in key policy debates and develop strategies for specific Government departments in response to issues such as counter terrorism and information assurance. We understand the Government machinery, especially the workings of Whitehall, as well as the capabilities of the private sector that enables us to recommend workable and practical solutions.

Solutions

For solutions to be successfully implemented and lead to enduring improvements, they need to be developed jointly. We pride ourselves on working collegiately with our clients to develop innovative solutions that are widely supported and lead to the delivery of tangible improvements.
